I created this session to be of service both to yourself (Inner Child), or to your actual child (through you as the surrogate).
In Psychology, Specially Jungian inspired, the “Inner Child” refers to that younger part of us, of the Psyche, that still influences how we exist as adults.
This is specially true if you are aware that you suffered trauma.
But even if you feel your childhood was great, Inner Child work is a great addition to any explorations in Personal Growth.
It can support you in rekindling your Joy, and reconnecting to aspects related to the Child Archetype, like Creativity, Spontaneity, and the ability to enjoy life and be playful.
Whether you do this for yourself, and/or are assisting your actual child, my loving intention is to help in the compassionate integration of aspects of the Self, or of the child's experience, in order to increase harmony and wellbeing at all levels.
